Is an experienced family lawyer, qualifying in 1987. He is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex financial and property matters and Children Law; Resolution trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. Martin prides himself in his down to earth approach.
He is married with two grown-up daughters.
Hobbies/Interests: Most Sports. Supporter of West Bromwich Albion and Warwickshire County Cricket Club for whom his paternal grandfather and father were professional cricketers; Politics; Social Media; Travel.
Joanne has specialised in family law since qualification. She is dedicated to providing her clients with professional and individual advice. One of her client’s recently wrote “A massive thank you for all our help and support over the last year, couldn’t have done it without you.”
Joanne lives with her partner and their son who is 8. They are all mad on sport and in particular Reading FC (although her son would prefer to support Manchester United).
Lindsey joined Duncan Watts LLP in 2008 upon qualifying as a solicitor and deciding to specialise in Family Law.
Since joining the firm, Lindsey has acquired a wealth of experience in divorce, ancillary relief and children related matters in her own right and has also assisted in many large complex matters.
Lindsey’s professional, pragmatic and constructive approach coupled with her down to earth nature has developed her reputation within the field profession.
