To this end we have developed fixed cost services on divorce, living together agreements, separation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements.

We have also recently developed a fixed fee scheme for dealing with the financial issue on divorce. There are two fee structures depending on the level of capital assets

1. Where the capital assets do not exceed £125,000

2. Where the capital assets do not exceed £250,000

The fixed fee is then broken down into the various steps which are taken when dealing with the finances. It does not include court fees, third party or barristers' fees.
